Located on the west coast of South Surrey, Crescent Beach is a quaint little community. This small community is a great place to explore, especially if you’re looking for a day trip from Vancouver. There are plenty of activities to take part in while you’re here. You can go swimming in warm tide pools, watch spectacular sunsets, and enjoy the natural scenery.

There are several landmarks that make Crescent Beach one of the most popular destinations in the area. The first is the Crescent Beach Hotel. This hotel was constructed in 1929. It was situated at the south end of the beach and was flanked by summer cottages. The hotel burned down in January 1949.

Another popular landmark is the Crescent Beach Pier. This pier has a large grassy area, ideal for picnics. You can also view migrating birds, as well as the Pacific Ocean. The pier is a good location for watching the sunrise or sunset.
